As part of the Rockstar Gaming Festival 2025, our team at Epic Event organized branded cocktail bars in five cities across Uzbekistan: Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Andijan, and Tashkent.
We created a unified atmosphere reflecting the drive and energy of the Rockstar brand, developed a bar concept, curated unique cocktail recipes, and handled the complete technical and visual setup of the bars.
Each city enjoyed its own share of flavor, music, and excitement, while thousands of festival-goers gained an unforgettable brand experience.

For the massive Pepsi Music Fest 2025, the Epic Event team created a unique Lipton-branded cocktail zone.
We crafted signature summer mixes based on Lipton Ice Tea, blending refreshing flavors with the high-energy vibe of the music festival. The bar became one of the event's most popular spots—a place where guests could relax, cool off, and fuel up while enjoying performances by their favorite artists.

For Pepsi Music Fest 2025, we also executed a high-impact bar concept under the Rockstar Energy Drink brand.
Our team designed the bar in Rockstar’s signature style, curated a selection of energy-infused cocktails, and delivered a service experience and atmosphere that mirrored the energy of the stage. The bar became a magnet for the festival’s most energetic guests—those who live for the rhythm of the music and the thrill of the moment.
Epic Event — fueling the energy of major events.

"We and the Russian Word" is a creative and educational project for young people, carried out in partnership with the Uzbekistan State World Languages ​​University (UzSWLU). The event brought together over 200 participants, including students, faculty members, and visiting philology professors from Russia.
The Epic Event team served as the contractor responsible for organizing the event’s logistics and programming. We provided high-quality catering for all participants and developed and executed an interactive six-stage competition program—handling everything from scriptwriting and selecting hosts to conducting themed games centered on the "We and the Russian Word" project.

Partnership for the "Black Night" Project
The Epic Event team served as the technical partner for the large-scale "Black Night" event held at HT Mall Tashkent.
Working alongside organizers from Russia, we provided the event's complete technical setup, including:
LED displays for vibrant visual effects
Professional audio equipment for high-quality sound throughout the venue
Lighting equipment to create a striking atmosphere
Our contribution helped deliver a modern, captivating, and visually impressive event that fully met international standards for gatherings of this caliber.
